A QCTO Learnership is a structured, work-based programme that combines classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience. It is designed to equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and workplace exposure required to excel in a specific occupation. Successful completion leads to an Occupational Certificate that is recognised nationally.
Each QCTO Learnership is built on three modules:
