We provide skills development consulting and learnership programmes aimed at enhancing your BEE score by focusing on initiatives that align with BEE requirements.
How do we enrol our employees in your training programmes?
You can easily contact and we will guide you through the process of selecting the right courses and enrolling your employees.
Do you create videos for educational purposes?
Yes, we create engaging educational videos tailored for training and development purposes, supporting your learners through visual content. Our multimedia team specialises in creating explainer videos and other educational content.
Can we track our employees’ or students' progress?
Yes, we offer training and management tracking systems, including LMS (Learning Management Systems), which allow you to monitor employee progress.
Do you provide certification for the training?
Yes, we provide accredited certification for many of our training programmes, ensuring your employees receive recognised qualifications.
Do you offer custom training programmes for businesses?
Yes, we offer customised training programmes based on your company’s specific requirements, which can be delivered on-site, off-site, or via online learning methodologies.
Do you offer in-person workshops?
Yes, in addition to online training, we also offer in-person workshops. These can be hosted at your premises or at one of our training locations, depending on your organisation’s needs.

How does a learnership benefit my career?
Learnerships provide you with hands-on experience in a professional environment, helping you develop key skills that are highly sought after by employers. They also allow you to gain a recognised qualification that improves your job prospects.
Will I receive a stipend during the learnership?
Yes, all our
learnership
programmes include a stipend to assist learners financially while they complete the programme.
We do have some courses we offer free that do not include stipends, however these are not considered learnerships.
What qualifications will I receive upon completion of a learnership?
Upon successful completion, you will receive an accredited qualification recognised by the relevant industry, which will enhance your employability.
Are there learnerships for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, we encourage individuals with disabilities to apply for our learnership programmes. Inclusivity is one of our core values, and while being disabled is not a requirement, it is considered a bonus.
How long does a typical learnership last?
Learnership programmes typically last 12 months, combining both theoretical coursework and practical workplace experience.
QCTO qualifications can be between 1 to 4 years.
How do I know if I qualify for a learnership?
Each programme has specific entry requirements. These can range from minimum educational qualifications to industry-related experience. Details are available on our Learner Portal.
