Portal 2 Progress: Justice Week is a bold initiative focused on empowerment through justice. As part of our commitment to uplifting our community, we are proud to launch the Justice Booth, a space where members of the public can receive free legal advice from our resident Legal Advice Officer, Mr Nigel Masalla, in partnership with PH Attorneys.

This powerful four-day event focuses on spreading awareness, education, and support around the legal rights that shape our lives. No classes, no fees. Just knowledge and justice.

Whether you are just curious about your basic rights or navigating legal challenges, Justice Week is for you.

Event Schedule

  • 15 September: Introduction to the Justice Booth & Justice Booth Simulation
    Come check out our Justice Booth and watch a simulation of how it will work.
  • 16 September: Introduction to South African Criminal Law
    Learn the basics of criminal law and how justice operates in practice.
  • 17 September: Introduction to Civil Law
    Gain insight into everyday legal matters such as contracts, family matters, and more.
  • 18 September: Session on Women’s Rights
    A full day dedicated to women’s rights, access to justice, support resources, and personal protection.
