The Academic Department at Training Portal focuses on creating engaging and effective curricula to support our students' learning journeys. Our team is dedicated to providing the resources and guidance needed for professional development.
The Academic & Facilities department is the heart of the training experience at Training Portal. Led by a passionate team, this department oversees the academic success of learners across multiple campuses. They manage the delivery of courses, ensuring that learners not only receive quality education but also complete their training programs successfully. This department is integral in supporting students, many of whom come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and is focused on providing a supportive environment for their academic journey. The facilities aspect involves ensuring that each campus is well-equipped, comfortable, and conducive to learning, managing everything from maintenance to security. They are also responsible for overseeing the transition to new qualification standards, like the QCTO, while expanding the course scope to meet future industry needs.
