The Training Portal provides a sophisticated training and management platform for the presentation of courses online, for conference and event management, and for sharing knowledge and providing a support platform for your staff and clients.
Our corporate solutions embraces this philosophy by providing organisations with the flexibility of using our infrastructure to provide their own in-house or client training, creating support centres, doing multiple enrollments or negotiating unique pricing arrangements. Ultimately, our goal is to assist clients to develop training solutions that meet their needs at an affordable cost!

Corporate enrolments |

Utilize our corporate enrollment option to easily manage the
enrollment of persons to your activities.
Create internal training courses or a support centre for your clients
and easily enroll your staff or clients to these activities.
The first step is to register as user and then become a Provider on the
Training Portal. Once you have a Provider profile you can create your
own activities and then use the Corporate Solutions tab (accessible from
your Provider profile page) to enroll users to your activities.
The following diagrammatically shows the corporate enrollment process
for enrolling users to your activities:
Users that are enrolled in this fashion will remain enrolled in the
activity for the enrollment duration you have determined for the
activity (maximum duration of 365 days). |

With our custom arrangements we can assist you to develop or
identify training solutions that address your needs.
Need help with getting your training recorded on video, producing video
clips of presentations, graphically enhancing your training content or
designing a training solution to meet your specific needs?

training providers that present courses to your organisation?
These are some of the examples where we provide custom support and
assist clients to develop solutions for their organizations on an agreed
basis, including enrolling large numbers of users for activities.

Bulk purchases |
|
|
Our bulk purchase option allows a user to purchase and enroll
multiple users for an activity in a single transaction avoiding the
hassle of a number of single enrollment transactions.
And all you need is the valid e-mail addresses of the users you wish to
register and the Training Portal does all the rest for you.
For example:
Q: Your company wishes to register 10 persons for a conference listed on
the Training Portal and you are tasked to register the 10 persons.
A: You merely register as a user and then choose the conference from our
activity catalogue, add it to your shopping basket and proceed to
checkout.
Once you have reached the final checkout page you click on the “Bulk”
button to launch the bulk purchase process. Follow the instructions and
register all 10 users and pay for all 10 with a single transaction.

Utilising the bulk purchase option may also enable you to access
discounts for multiple enrollments. Please view the activity profile you
wish to enroll persons for to determine whether any discount is
available. |
