The Training Portal allows any user to purchase any activity online using our easy-to-use payment options. The Training Portal also allows organizations to pay once-off for multiple user enrollments using our bulk payment solution, avoiding the hassle of multiple payments and maximizing the potential for earning discount on multiple enrollments. Clients can also Contact Us to arrange for a unique Corporate Solution payment option.

Payment options available on the Training Portal are:

 

Direct Deposit – deposit money directly into our bank account by way of electronic transfer or direct deposit. When choosing this payment option, you will, upon receipt of your order, be provided with the relevant bank account details for your direct deposit. When using this payment option it is important that your unique order Reference Number be included as a reference when making the deposit to ensure that payment can be allocated to your order. In the event that payment of your order is not received within 7 (seven) days, the order will automatically be cancelled. UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT BANK DEPOSITS FROM OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA.

     
 

Credit Card – pay your order immediately online using our secure credit card facility. When choosing this payment option, you will be directed to a secure credit card verification facility where you can securely and privately enter your credit card details for the processing of your order. Once your credit card transaction has been successfully processed, you will immediately be enrolled for and gain access to your purchased activities.

     
 

Bulk Payments – choose to pay for and enroll more than one user simultaneously for an activity on the Training Portal. This is a handy payment option for processing multiple enrollments with a single payment. Using the bulk payment option also allows you access to discounts available for multiple enrollments on an activity. To access the bulk payment option for any activity, first add the relevant activity to your “Shopping Basket” and proceed to “Checkout” where you will find a “Bulk” payment button next to each of the activities in your Shopping Basket. Choose the activity you wish to conduct a bulk process against and click on the “Bulk” button to direct you to the bulk processing area.
